INTRODUCTION
Welcome to our customized hair care online store! We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products tailored to your individual needs like your #ManeGoals and excellent customer service. Our plant-based ingredients are backed by science. All products are handmade in Puerto Rico. Please review our policies below and let us know if you have any questions.
SHIPPING POLICY
We carefully handcraft each order specifically for you. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends, festive holidays, or after 5pm on weekdays will be processed the next business day. We ship Monday-Friday via USPS Ground Advantage. You will receive a tracking number for all orders. We currently only ship within the USA and Puerto Rico.

Once your order leaves our facility, we cannot be responsible for any delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Please inspect packages promptly upon delivery and let us know within 48 hours if you received an order damaged in transit so we can determine appropriate next steps. We will work with you to make things right in cases of shipping errors or mishandling.
eco-friendly packaging
We use recycled and recyclable materials for our packaging, including aluminum jars and HDPE plastic bottles, to minimize waste. Kraft paper shipping boxes are also used. Â

To keep our products affordable, we try to use minimal packaging and provide digital brochures rather than printed materials. Our goal is to balance sustainability with keeping prices low so everyone can benefit from our customized hair care.

To maintain quality, please store our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Refer to the e-brochure included with all orders for specific storage instructions. We cannot guarantee shelf life or accept liability for products not stored properly after delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to absolutely love your customized, handcrafted order. If you have any issues with the quality or shipping, please reach out within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges or free product remakes will be our first remedy to ensure your satisfaction with minor quality concerns. Refunds are reserved only for irreparable defects.
If you do return an eligible item within 30 days, you are responsible for shipping costs to return it. Once received and inspected, we will determine whether a remake, exchange or refund in the original payment method is appropriate based on the reason for return. If we determine a remake or reformulation is needed, the amount you paid to ship the returned product will be credited towards the shipping cost of sending you the remade product.
Due to the handmade, custom nature of our products, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges after 30 days. We also cannot offer refunds for specialty formulations or custom products beyond the first 30 days after purchase.
Please contact us soon after receiving your order so we can resolve any issues quickly within the 30 day policy. We want you to fully enjoy our handcrafted hair care products.

We accept PayPal, credit cards, and ATH movil. Transactions are processed through secure PCI-compliant gateways.
