Returns and Refunds

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any concerns regarding the quality or shipping of your personalized, handcrafted order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 30 days of delivery. To assist you promptly, kindly provide your name, the email associated with your order, the order number, and the unique 'BC' serial number found on the packaging label of each product. We appreciate your support and will ensure we address and resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
  • We offer exchanges or free product remakes for minor quality concerns. Refunds are reserved only for irreparable defects.
  • Due to the handmade, custom nature of our products, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges after 30 days. We also cannot offer refunds for specialty formulations or custom products beyond the first 30 days after purchase.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will determine whether a remake, exchange, or refund in the original payment method is appropriate based on the reason for the return.
  • Please contact us soon after receiving your order so we can resolve any issues within the 30-day policy. We want you to fully enjoy our handcrafted hair care products.
